Stilts House is cozy two bedrooms, two bathroom beach style home that will make your Bahamas vacation fabulous! Set among a mass of palm trees and lush vegetation this property is private and stunning with ‘peek- a -boo’ ocean view, yet only an 8-minute drive from Georgetown International airport. A paved road continues to downtown Georgetown which has many delicious restaurants and quaint shops. But don’t expect the hustle and bustle of a big city; Exuma is a quiet island with friendly locals and stunning beaches.

The house has a wraparound balcony that consists of an outdoor dining table, BBQ, and lounge chairs. The shaded veranda is perfect for relaxing and enjoying palm tree views. The two bedrooms can sleep four comfortably. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other a double bed. The bedroom with the double bed also features a small brand new (2017) en-suite bathroom with a fully tiled shower. Each bedroom boasts a view of palm trees and has an air conditioning unit and a ceiling fan. Bedrooms are spacious and equipped with new mattresses and linens.

The 900 square-foot house is perfect for a family or couples looking to relax and enjoy the Island of Exuma.

Great Exuma belongs to the chain of Exuma Cays and is the largest in the chain. Georgetown International airport has many direct flights from Toronto, Miami, Atlanta, and Nassau. (Air Canada, Delta, American. Bahamas Air, Sky Bahamas). Exuma has pristine waters, white sandy secluded beaches, and an array of activities both on and off the water. For example golf, snorkelling, fishing, scuba diving, volleyball, tennis, boating, kayaking, spas, etc. There are many boat rental spots or captains for hire that would love to help you explore the clear, calm waters around Exuma. Water taxis are also available to transport you from downtown Georgetown to Stocking Island where you can get fresh conch salad at ‘Chat and Chill’ or enjoy impressive views dining at St. Francis restaurant. Beach volleyball and weekly pig roasts are also a favourite on Stocking Island.
